Room was spacious, but the shower was broken during my stay.

I recently stayed here for 2 nights and really appreciated the clean room with fresh wall paint. The buffet breakfast was a fantastic deal at £7.95 and had a good selection. The bar food and drinks were also well priced, making it a nice spot to unwind after a long day.

Staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed. The room was clean and spacious, though certainly dated with the decor, and needed some refurbishment. Breakfast was enjoyable, but the hotel's communal areas could use some attention. a decent option for a short stay near the train station.

The hotel needs urgent refurbishment!!! Dirty public areas, noise throughout the night, inefficient plumbing, and disorganization in the dining setup are just a few areas begging for improvement!!!

The proximity to local attractions is a definite plus. The staff, although few, were polite and accommodating during my stay.

I had a lovely two-night stay where I enjoyed a great dinner and a nice evening at the bar with friends. The hotel offered a cozy lounge area and a refreshing outdoor space to unwind after a busy day. Just a heads up, the wi-fi was a bit spotty at times, but it didn’t ruin my overall experience! 😊

The Twin Room was pretty dated, felt like stepping back in time. The bed was kind of uncomfortable, which was a letdown. The room was clean, but honestly, it could use a bit of a refresh. The vibe was just off, like a mix between retro and rundown. Not the best but it did the job for a couple of nights.

I particularly loved the spacious layout of the North Stafford Hotel, which was easy to navigate. The classic architecture added charm, and the staff was truly attentive, ensuring my needs were met during my stay....

The only thing i appreciated was that the guy at the check-in was fast and friendly, real cordial, which is rare nowadays. breakfast had ample choices which at least started my day on the right foot, you know....

Honestly, this place was a mess. My room was super dirty with broken windows and a funky smell everywhere. I barely got any sleep thanks to the sketchy folks hanging around outside. And don’t even get me started on the breakfast. The bar was great, though, when it was actually open. Such a letdown.

The convenient location near the railway station is a significant advantage, but the experience quickly deteriorates. The first room was unacceptable, and after complaints, the alternative was barely adequate. Although the indulgent pastry served during meals was enjoyable, the restaurant's service was lackluster, with staff appearing disinterested.
